Managing the establishment of an academy for a government entity



The client needed support in establishing an academy based on a strategic study that was completed previously. The scope covered designing the blueprint of the academy, as well as managing the establishment efforts of the academy until it is fully launched.

Pace Consultancy was part of the selected consortium, and led the orchestration of all efforts between the consortium, the contractors and technology vendors, and the client stakeholders and steering committee. The project included multiple tracks such as:

  • Translating the strategy into the initiatives road-map, operating model and organization structure
  • Develop the processes, policies and procedures for the support functions (HR, Finance, IT)
  • Supervise vendors' delivery, quality and budget across all projects and programs
  • Manpower deployment and on-boarding

This project was completed as per the plan and the academy is currently fully operational.
