Establishing and operating a Project Management Office (PMO)



A government entity in the GCC went through major leadership changes and was given a new mandate. To enable the execution of this new mandate, the leadership requested our support in establishing and operating a PMO what would oversee all strategic initiatives and ensure their successful delivery.

The categories of changes that the PMO was expected to handle included:

The PMO has been operational since mid-2015, and Pace Consutling Group is still leading this effort after being successful in delivering multiple strategic initiaitves
